What is LIIT HIIT?
L.I.I.T H.I.I.T (Low-Intensity Interval Training and High-Intensity Interval Training) is an energizing group fitness class that combines interval-based movements with resistance band training to help build strength and improve endurance.
This class is beginner- and intermediate-friendly, welcoming individuals at all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or returning to a routine, you're encouraged to move at your own pace.
Fitness is for everyone, it’s not about how fast you begin, but about staying consistent and showing up for yourself.
